OUR STORY IS MADE OF PEOPLE

Our passion for wood and our personal stories are closely interwoven. In 1983, a group of us thought that, if we pooled our experience, we could come up with something very new and exciting for the Italian market, so we founded our company. From the start we were standard-bearers in Italy for pre-finished wooden floors, wishing to introduce our country to a custom beloved across Europe. We were also convinced of the value of working with the leading companies in the sector, developing our own expertise through innovation and research into the distinctive Italian style and taste, and we mastered the most skilled workmanship techniques. This wealth of shared knowledge, individual personalities and human relationships is still our greatest capital, and the valuable legacy is passed down from the more expert to the younger members of our team. After more than 35 years, it is still the people who make all the difference at WOODCO.

Vision

We natives of Trento are brought up in a region where nature has a dominant place in the landscape and life of its people. Wood is always with us, every day, like a friend and comrade. Our respect for this noble material is something we are born with, and we are instinctively aware of its warmth and beauty, especially in our homes. We know that we are very lucky, and we wish to share our luck with as many families as possible. Our aim is for wooden parquet flooring to be a choice open to every family, so that everyone can enjoy living in the warm and pleasant surroundings that wood is able to create.
